RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. but Rs. 199 delivery charges non refundable or re applicable for exchange & refund.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice.
  • Customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
  • All returns should be sent to Brand Collection, people colony 1 no. tanki road Faisalabad.
